dont waste your money:
Kevin convince you that he is an expert at quoting moves. Had downsized from a 2 bdrm townhouse to 1 bedroom. Quoted 257.75 for 1.5 hours. Told him repeatedly it is a 45 minute drive from one place to the other. I estimated 3 hours. Their 'special' rate is only for the first 2 hours which they don't tell you or disclose in their emails.
It took 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. One guy stayed in the truck and the other carried out one box at a time, though I had stacked them 3-4 high ready for a dolly. I counted 3 cigarette breaks. Same when they unloaded. Before they would unload they slapped me with a bill for almost $800. The whole time they unloaded it was break after break. I finally started bringing stuff in from the front treelawn because I wasn't sure they would bring anything in. Finally I told them to just unload the truck because I wasn't paying any more. One guy carried my dining room table to the driveway dropped it face down, stating 'it won't fit in the door.' That is where they left it. My bed posts were all scratched. I could go on.
I called and complained to Kevin who told me he had to make commission on the job too. I emailed and called several times and received absolute NO REPLY.
