Terrible, my worse experience with contractors ever. Rich is operating as Integrity Floor Company and also as Hollywood Floor Company. He collected money for the materials on May 5th, at the beginning of June completed the demolition, installed 1/3 of the hardwood and ran out of the materials. Gave a number of stories about missing hardwood, including the one where the warehouse sold the floor he paid for to another customer. After three weeks of waiting, the floor was delivered to his driveway and was left under the rain for at least two days. After that he tried to convince us that there is nothing wrong with the wood and it does not have to dry longer than 3 days. Never brought the written contract, refused to provide the insurance information. 1/3 of the installed hardwood needs to be removed and replaced because of squeaking. Left a number of nail holes and marks from dropping something heavy. Does not do any work by himself and looks like does not have a permanent crew. Subcontracted the work to some crew we knew nothing about. As of July 21, we still don't have the hardwood floor installed, walking on plywood. We have to buy hardwood again and hire another contractor to finish the job.

had them do my whole house after sandy floors started coming up I have been calling for a year now and get no call back would not recommend this company if anyone know how to get in touch with them please help me cost a lot of money to fix a whole house after storm and just want my floors fixed right
