Chef Jonathan Wood oversees the menu of California/international cuisine at Mari Los Angeles. Dishes include ahi crudo, New Zealand salmon and organic chicken with Dijon sauce. Among desserts are five-layer chocolate cake complemented by raspberry sauce and vanilla cheesecake. Except for the Champagnes, and one selection each from France, Italy and Germany, the wine list is strictly Californian.
