Buyers/sellers beware. This place is about as shady as it gets. They lie over the phone to entice you to come in and then they treat you like dirt once you get in there, changing the offer and method of payment , without apology. All the while talking OVER you when you try to explain what was agreed to over the phone causing tremendous frustration and anger. Just terrible people. Never once did the abusive man even look at me in the eye. He just pushed me around verbally for about 10 minutes until I walked out of the store without having done any transaction. A waste of my time, my money to get there, and my energy. The amount of rudeness I experienced at this terrible place far exceeds any other gold shop I have ever been to. Most of them are a bit odd and shady, but this one was the worst thus far in my 5 year trek. Enter at your own risk and expect the worst treatment. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My advice and opinion is to look elsewhere and save yourself a big headache.
