He only get's one star because yb forces you to pick one but it's really a big giant zero.

My opnion is based on working with james directly and here's his mo:

He takes your money up-front, gives great lip service, gives very bad that crosses the ethical and legal boundaries, mis-manages your case and mis-files important yet simple legal proceedings & documents, has a revolving door of "club kids/boys" that are unqualified in law or paralegal support, no shows court/judge required mediations, excessively reschedules critical court hearings (unknowingly to you the client), doesn't return calls or emails in an acceptable time, and ignores you after he loses or fumbles your case and promises to refund your retainer. Need more?

Just look at his web site www.clarklawyer.com and that should say it all. Bush leauge at best and doesn't have your best interest at heart. Highly un-organized and unprofessional.
