He mishandled my case, he handed it off to another attorney who he claimed was his partner, when actually was another attorney he hired (of counsel) that knew this particular case law better then him, which means he couldn't handle it. He should have told me he couldn't handle the case but instead he boasted at how "great" they are in this field. This is a very important personal case for me that has been ongoing for years. He got me to trust him and believe that he would protect me. He didn't. Everything he said was a lie. He didn't protect me or my interests. I tried to fire him early on and again mid way through the process but he refused to return my retainer. He wasted several weeks of time which was detrimental to my case and all the while convincing me he/they knew what they were doing. All of the other options he promised, should something go wrong, are now no longer an option without a payment of $20,000!!! He had never mentioned this before, he always assured me he had my best interests in mind. He is a hack, he misrepresented me and committed malpractice. I would have handled this case professionally and timely myself/pro se, I would not recommend him to represent anyone on any case ever
