I bring my students here for a chance to enjoy an authentic German pastry. The atmosphere and service are truly typical of Germany. The baked goods and coffee are as good as any bakery (and I have been in many!) in Germany. What a treat!

Located on a humble street corner in the heart of German Village, Juergen's is a perfect little slice of the old country. They're famous for their breads and pastries (the broetchen is divine), but they've got a serious menu of fuller meals as well. There are omelettes for breakfast, traditional German-style sandwiches for lunch, goulash for dinner, and a variety of strudels and schnitzels.
