Fresh food, great service, wonderful New Mexican food in the heart of the Highlands. Have a margarita and sip it on the porch while waiting for your enchilada plate. Warning: the chile is not "Colorado hot" - it's New Mexican hot - which is to say, it can be searing. You might want to ask before you order it if you are not a "chile-head."
