This place is a joke.:
I had a birthday party there a few months ago after reading a few good reviews of this place. The party room they gave me was not set up when I got there, there was no air in my room so my guests we all dying of heat, and from the moment I arrived I felt rushed to leave. They didn't even give me extra time because they weren't ready. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

amazing time!:
I had an amazing time at kid's castle! I don't know what the other reviews are talking about! the customer service was great, the people were friendly, and my kids had a really good time! the prices are reasonable for the quality you are receiving. there was no two 18% charges on our bill, just one, and that is common at any restaurant when you have a larger party. they made sure the numbers on my hand and the kids i was with matched. the food was great and my entire family had a really fun time. i will definitely go back and recommend everyone else to try it!

Parents Beware:
PARENTS BEWARE!

I just took my 5 year old twins to this establishment and here is what happened:

-the indoor roller coaster costs $5 a ride and you have to be 48" high to ride without a parent and EACH CHILD UNDER 48" MUST HAVE A PARENT RIDE WITH THEM. NO "MOMMY AND TWO KIDS ALL RIDE TOGETHER EVEN THOUGH YOU ALL FIT IN THE SAME CAR" ALLOWED, so that's $20 for 2 adults and 2 children to ride. In order for me to take my kids on the ride, Grandma would also have to ride...again, that's $20 for a ride.

-for parties of 6 or more in the restaurant (not a private room or party) there is an AUTOMATIC 18% GRATUITY ADDED TO YOUR BILL IN ADDITION TO AN AUTOMATIC 18% TIP...YES, THAT'S RIGHT, TWO CHARGES OF 18% FOR GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE IN THE GENERAL DINNING ROOM. We are not notified of this policy, it was just on the bill and we were told "It's written on the menu." Our bill for one chicken sandwich with fries, 1 hot dog with fries, 2 mac and cheese NO fries, one cup of soup, one kid's side salad, 2 apple juices, and 4 sodas was $70

-the minimum game card is $10 for 48 credits and most games are 4 credits (again, the roller coaster is 20 credits per person)

- the big spin wheel has a 1,000 ticket prize...and we got it and then were told that they only pay out 800 tickets...so, again, the 1,000 ticket prize only gets you 800 tickets. All management could say to me was "that all the tickets we will give you." After we won the 1,000 prize the game was "OUT OF ORDER" for the rest of our stay

-they stamp your hand and your child's hand with the same number BUT DO NOT CHECK THIS WHEN YOU LEAVE. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK IT AND THEY SAID THAT IT IS NOT FOR THE PURPOSES OF STOPPING SOMEONE FROM LEAVING WITH YOUR CHILD. When I asked what it was for I was told it was to be used if a child gets lost inside.

- the back exit doors are unlocked and lead directly to the street and do not have alarms if you open them. When I informed them that someone could take a child and leave with that child I was told that the valet car parking people would notice someone abducting a child and stop them!

No, what I have written is not a joke...this is all true and I was SHOCKED!

Sincerely,

Concerned Parent
