We had the first half of our windows replaced during the warm summer months and a crew of about four people came out to replace these windows. They did a good job on these and cleaned up well following the replacement. However the remaining windows were replaced in colder months later the next year by a crew of two men. The mess of old windows bits and pieces, screws, bolts, etc left behind had us cleaning up for about a month. There was a problem with one of the first windows put in not locking or fitting properly and it took many months for that to be looked at again, and even then it still doesn't work. At the present time we are still waiting for the windows to be properly repaired to be able to lock it properly and it's now been a year and a half since it was initially replaced.

On the plus side, if this is to be considered a plus, we were burglarized recently and the window they attempted to enter was a replacement window. The thieves were unable to get into the replacement window due to the pop out security latches, so they got in through an older window that had yet to be replaced. (It has since been replaced.) The windows are certainly secure, which gives me peace of mind.

After all's said and done, I'd have to say that though they are better looking windows, we should have gone with another company. We will not be calling this company when its time to replace the siding, gutters, or roof on our home.
