Had an awful experience with Krell Distributing Co. Inc. I purchased an item for which I pre-paid the purchase price of over $1000. When the order arrived, I immediately noticed that the item was defective. I made my intent to return the product completely clear. I was told to take the item and come back when Matt Krell, of Krell Distributing, returned. After talking to Matt, he agreed that the product was defective and made two unsuccessful attempts to fix the defect. Thereafter, he refused to give me any refund. After I continuously attempted to return the item, Matt continuously made different excuses. Ultimately, he merely stated “it is what it is” and told me to never come back. This refusal to allow me to return the defective item after I pre-paid is completely unethical and proves that Krell Distributing doesn’t care about the customer.
