My wife and I recently returned from a Latin Tour Dimension planned trip to Argentina. Michael misrepresented the type of tours we would be on, was unavailable to help solve the many problems he caused us and has refused to provide us with an accounting of where our money was spent. All of the
"positive reviews" are dated in the past month, after my numerous complaints to Michael. I sent this site

to my primary travel agent who then forwarded it on to Michael.

Our experience with Michael Steinberger and Latin Tour Dimensions was HORRIBLE. We tried to plan a conference for 150 plus people in Buenos Aires. Michael Steinberger was horrible to work with and made us constantly suspicious. He had way of talking in circles and making us feel that we were the cause of all our own problems. Every time we asked for ANYTHING, we never fully received a clear answer. Before we left for the trip, we never received written confirmation, or a receipt of payment. The experience that followed was so stressful, so unprofessional, that we would not wish the experience on anyone else. When we arrived in Buenos Aires 3 days before the conference, we discovered that Michael had only paid 30% of the amount owed to the local tour company, Adventure World International, while we had paid him in full 2 weeks before. Michael’s Argentine contact insisted that we fly back to Miami at our own expense and demand the money directly from Michael. It was then one disaster after another. The largest of which was an airline delay of our return flight. If we had listened to Michael’s assurances that the airline would help figure out our connecting flights, many participants would have been stuck in Miami. 37 participants had to repurchase flights out of Miami. Latin Tour Dimensions did not do everything in their power to help us or our participants. Because of the fact that Michael had not given us clear, explicit details or confirmation, we constantly had to pay for extra charges, some of them in US dollars only. This was not what we expected from a tour company that is supposed to have extensive experience working with Latin American companies. Our experiences in dealing with Michael Steinberger before, during, and after the conference were extremely frustrating and if you want a company that will take care of you and do their best for you the customer, then we do not recommend anyone to work with him or Latin Tour Dimensions.
