This business should be closed down. They aren't reputable at all. The service is horrible. I asked mary to make a leather hair cover for me. I paid $35 including the shipping fee since i am not from sacramento. I ordered it march 3rd and tomorrow is april 3rd still no item shipped to me. I called her many times, always no answer. She said she shipped it already but apparently she didn't because i still haven't got it. They never answer my calls since then. I called them almost everyday at different times. I used a different number and greg the husband answered, i didn't say who i was. After few minutes i called again using my number and no answer at all. Again i dialed 5-10 times a day. $35 is $35. The money is not even the issue now but how they are treating customers. These people should be out of business. These people should be punished. They can't do this to everybody and just to anyone. I believe in karma, their time will come.

I had to capitalized everything i say here because they just really made me mad!!! I will definitely not recommend this shop! In fact i am encouraging everybody not to use their business at all. I hope a lot of people can see these comments.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Mary does good work but the problem is you're unlikely to see it. We took a shirt in for a simple zipper fix. Now 2 1/2 months later we still haven't received the shirt back despite numerous phone calls and a promise to mail it back to us over two weeks ago. Needless to say, I will never go back. Save yourself the time and anguish and find someone else.
