Poor Work and Quality Control:
I rarely write reviews but in this case, I feel I owe it to the consumer. I paid Harpers Rd MAACO $4K to fix my damaged car in the drivers side front corner where it was damaged in an accident. It took them over 2 months to fix despite the estimate of 2 weeks. When they were finished and provided the vehicle to me, the fender molding was rubbing against the tire, the molding under the bumper was zip tied to the bumper and the bumper looked a bit offset. After driving the vehicle for 4 months, I decided to take it into a different shop to see if they could remount the bumper, after taking it off, they decided to put the car on the frame machine and they indicated the frame was ~2 inches off from left to right, 1 inch lower on the drivers side, and the bumper was mounted to one side. BL- very poor work by the technician at Harpers MAACO and all of the above should have been caught if they had proper quality assurance. By the way, I had to pay over $400 of additional money to fix frame at a different business. Don't waste your money at MAACO!!!
