My sister and I went to MCFH, in Feb 2015. We met Valerie, and discussed cost and the ins and outs. My Father was diagnosed with throat cancer. In August I wandered back in and discussed everything with Shannon, and met the rest of the staff. Valerie still had things all lined up and what we had discussed before.6 months eariler. In the later days of my dads hospice care I called to inform them that we were getting close and that my father hospice nurse would inform them when they needed to come. I was impressed when Valerie one of the administrators came herself. It meant alot and Shannon and Kevin, were fantastic. My father's apperance, at the viewing helped wipe clean images of him in illness. The youngman wh helped with his uniform did a fantastic job. Shannon was also very helpful with my Brother special needs daughter showing her around and giving her a special gift. This is truly a family buisness, and looked out for my Family.
