Installed in a former Washington Federal building, the opportunity to shoot pool in an old bank vault is, erm, priceless. But...

South Beach is nothing if not transitory, but Toni's has stuck around. Plating some of the beach's best raw fish for more than 10 years, this tranquil spot does most things right. Some interesting fusion rolls, if you're into that. Sit in one of the little curtained booths and decompress.
