To quote the famous actress "What a dump".:
Very poor housekeeping services, took them almost 45 minutes to bring an ashtray to a SMOKING room, house keeping knocking on the door and entering at 9:15 am on a Saturday morning even with the Do not disturb sign on the door! 1 set of towels for a king size deluxe suite! Dealers who have their favorite players and ignores everyone else at the table games. Don't even get me started on the huge party spilling from a room into the hall way and security taking 20 minutes to show up. Stay some where else. You will be glad you did!

Nice Bay Theme Fun For Kids:
Mandalay Bay carries their theme throughout their hotel. Their swimming pools are made to be like the beach: waves, sand, etc.

...but the best thing we did as a family was visit Shark Reef which had all sorts of sea-life like sharks, rays, crocodiles, and piranhas. Inside was really humid and hot but once you go down a bit deeper, it gets better. Some nice things included a sunken ship (a room made to look like one) that is surrounded by water on 5 sides and a pool to touch/pet rays.
