Store was very clean,smelled nice with air fresheners just enough to notice, staff was excellent would refer them to anyone who is looking for new mattress

I recently purchased a mattress from this establishment. It wasn't my favourite thing to shop for because of all the preconceived notions that the salespeople hover over you and badger you until you leave the store empty handed and slightly frustrated. However, this was not the case in this store. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Seana. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about her products and quite content to let me browse around until I found the perfect mattress for me, all by myself. There was no hovering, no badgering, it was great! Any questions I had about any of the mattresses Seana answered them in a very professional manner. She made me feel quite comfortable in my choice of mattress. Seana is definitely the person you want to see if you are looking for a new mattress!

I enjoy this Mattress Firm a lot, I have consistently referred my friends who have both left with purchases and are happy with their decisions. Seana is a wonderful and intelligent manager and she made the experience wonderful in that we weren't hovered over, we weren't pressured, and we weren't made to feel forced to buy something.
