I went to mattress firm to find a mattress within my price range that provided the comfort and support I require. Tom was very helpful and showed several different options until I found the perfect plush mattress.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience at Mattress Firm!!! Both times we walked into the store, the sales associates were very helpful in making sure we picked the best mattress to suit our needs. When you arrive, they like to run a quick test to determine which mattress is best for you and it really only takes a few minutes. I highly recommend. The sales associates were very patient with us and gave us plenty of time to think things over. They also answered all our questions. We never felt pressured into buy anything. However, when we finally made a decision, sales associate Thomas Womack, made sure he gave us the price we were looking to pay. We were very happy with the mattress we chose, the service we received, and especially the price we paid for a brand-new mattress. I definitely recommend purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm!!!

Customer service goes a long way and i must Roy and Tom are great! I left feeling good about my purchase with all my questions answered! Nice selection at this store, something for everyone.
