Contractors were late every single day, did not lay tiles correctly, no communication between contractor and customer, owner came to look at finished job and said oh well it would have been an additional $800 to level your floor if you wanted them layed straight, but never gave us that option, he was just assuming our floor was not level, said sorry you had a bad experience with us and said well we will replace some tiles but that's it, did not seem genuinely concerned with the bad job they did, even their own contractors came out and said it was a terrible job they did when they came to replace some tiles that were cracked . Would not recommend to anyone!!!
