someone needs to shut them scam artist down NOW!!!!!:
They finally pulled that trick on the wrong man.If you or
someone you love are planning to go to work for them
stop them. There is no way the law knows about this
Terrible and unethical company:
Mid City Automotive has been doing unethical business for years. As a resident of Mid City since 2010, I have been witness to their tactless work ethic several times. This last incident directly involved me and I am taking appropriate measures and filing a small claim against them. I know many residents have had similar issues with this company and have been victim to their insiduous mistreatment. I am taking a stand and I strongly urge any others out there to know your rights. This company relies on the the leniency of their rights within criminal laws, but they have forgotten that business must also be ethical and reasonable. They have been above and beyond unreasonable and outright disrespectful; luckily I finally have cold hard proof of this and will be fighting this civil issue with blatant proof of their absurd unreasonable behavior. I look forward to seeing them in court. I strongly urge any one else who has been victim to this company's malpractice to speak up and create their own small claim against them.
I should also add that Alan indeed works for the company. He filled out my receipt this morning.
Shady junkyard with false advertising and a skeevy manager:
If zero stars were an option that's what I would give this shady junkyard. Their prices do not match their advertised prices on their signage, so I would recommend getting any quote in writing with a signature. Granted, we got off on a bad foot because they towed my car, but they're such hacks they couldn't even do that right and they left my new car with a deep, 10 inch long scratch across the bumper and punctured a headlight. The personnel are also rude and creepy. Based on some of these reviews it looks like this business has a history of negligence. I'd recommend everyone stay far away. No need to do business with these sleaze balls when there are numerous honest car mechanics and towing businesses out there.
They're not so bad...:
My son's truck had a huge gash/dent on the side of his truck. We were able to work the owner and Tommy to fix the damage and the work was good and finished by the date promised. I am actually looking into them as my new local mechanic. Crossing my fingers that I won't need one at all, though.
