I wish i could give a zero unfortunately this is not optional. In short the owner is very rude and does not know her inventory. After asking her clerk for a specific rod he walked off to get bait for another customer. I then asked the store manager for the same rod and she was reluctant to show me where the rod was all she kept saying is we have 1. After I asked her to show me the rod she tried to pass off a rod that wasn't even close to the given description and was very rude the whole time. Again I had to point out to her the fact that I was wanting a heavy action rod while the whole time she was showing me a medium heavy rod and telling me it was what I was asking for. I explained that I have been coming in for years and very rudely she said "so have I' I told her that I knew she was treating me with rudeness and disrespect and she pointed toward the front door with a gesture to leave. Clearly this store owner is in business for the money without her customers being first. I went straight to Cabela's afterward and was treated with dignity and respect.
