I chose M&M based on the reviews on-line. With so many great reviews I felt comfortable taking my car in. As I got to the shop, a lot of customers were waiting in the shop. You know when a business is full of customers they are reliable and reputable. Mitch, the owner was very honest and kind. He explained the work that was done on my car and charged me less than what he first quoted. M&M will be the place I take my car for service as long as I live in Lubbock.

This shop's customer care and service is amazing. It is the first auto shop I have ever gone to that actually CHARGED ME LESS than the original quote! And get this: they did it right, the first time, on time and with almost no prep time. I simply cannot praise this great little auto shop enough. Thank you M&M.
