This company made a complete fiasco out of my listing. The agent, Cindy Crawford, came out to view our manufactured home for sale and raved about how good a shape it was in and all the improvements we'd done. She asked me what I was hoping to get, and I told her I had a blue book on it at $53K+, but was hoping to get $40K. She told me that was "more than reasonable." She signed it for a six month listing. She showed it ONCE the first week, then literally tabled it for six months. I called and texted repeatedly with no return call. When I finally did catch her on the phone, she basically asked me what the heck I wanted. I told her I was concerned at the lack of movement and asked if I should lower the price and offered to carry paper to make it more marketable. She said she would call me back to discuss it when she got back in the office. She never called. When I finally got a hold of her again, she said I would have to drop the price by a full one-third to $30K for them to have any hope of selling it. She said she had sold ONE home in that time and it was a triple wide for $20K. This was literally the worst customer service I've ever had from any real estate professional, bar none. From the rude behavior (hanging up on me after telling me "I'm not on the clock now. Call back later) to her complete lack of diligence and professionalism with my listing, this experience couldn't have been much worse. In the mean time, I listed the home myself on Craigslist and have had over ten inquiries in a month at a $38K price tag and two waiting on land purchases to proceed. A complete waste of six months, not to mention the time and effort of constantly trying to get a hold of Cindy. I wouldn't recommend this agent if they were the last ones in SD County. If I could leave zero stars, I would! Plus, they charge a whopping 10% commission!
