I love love love this store. So far I have worked with 2 sales people and today I want to recognize Luis! Someone else had made a minor mistake when I arrived and what I wanted wasn't there (I was told it was). I was soooo upset that I was told it wasn't there. So Luis looked everywhere in the store and couldn't find them. I got so upset I was crying (I was not having a good day). Luis found the item I wanted and offered to Fedex them too me. This was so above and beyond what I expected. I've ordered a full living room set in leather and it is beautiful. Next is an amazing bed set that Luis spent a long time showing me everything and putting up with all of my questions about every bed. lol poor guy but he was so cool about it. I am so very impressed with this store. It is the store that I will continue to purchase all my household needs from. Thank you Luis! You ROCK
