Depressing excuse for a pawnshop. Walked in with a diamond engagement ring and a playstation 3. Oh we don't do loans on a ring, we don't do loans on old playstations. Uh idiot it's the newest version. Place has a bunch of junk in it. Don't waste your time dealing with these rednecks. I wonder how they even stay in business. The place is probably a front for illegal activity.

I went in to Mrs B's pawn and trading on 10/04/2010 i arrived at aprox 11:30 to pick up some items i had in pawn. the man that was at the counter at the time took my money and pawn ticket and went to the back to get my jewlery i saw him return to the counter acouple time with out my items after not seing him for twentie minutes i bagan to wonder if everything was ok with my items the second man working the counter also was going back and forth from the counter by this time i had already been waiting thirty minutes and no one had bothered to tell me what was going on i finaly aproched the second man and asked him what was going on he advised me they couldnt find my items that were in pawn i patiently conteniued to wait ten minutes latter the first man came back out and told him he couldnt find them but was going to keep looking after 30 minutes after he kept looking he came back to the front and asked me to leave my phone number and he would call me when he found them well that didnt seem fair to me. i had already payed for my items and was suposed to leave with no money no items no collateral such as the one i left when i barrowed from the pawn shop my Jewlery. i went home after an hour went by i recived a phone call from the pawn shop advising me they had found my jewlery i returned then to the pawn shop and picked up my items not once did any of the workers there appoligize for the inconvinence i was coused i was verry upset and disapointed i am glad my jewlery was found some of my jewlery was worth $ 2,000.00 and the other i couldnt put a price on. however i am verry upset of the kind of custumer service i recived and to know they could loose somthing worth of so much value to me is just not right. i have one more item to take out of pawn after i do i will never step a foot in that pawn shop again
