My Yoga Room

Whether you are new to yoga or not, this is a comfortable place to excercise. A calender of events is constantly updated on the website and either Catherine or Jackie will be helping you learn or continue your yogo classes. The hours are dependent on the classes that are available so calling first is a suggestion.
