I had heard such great things about this service so when I began my search for childcare I didn't hesitate to contact them and get the process going. I found myself relatively satisfied with the candidates sent to me, but the level of personal caring service by their staff was not impressive. Ultimately I ended up hiring through another nanny agency whose demeanor and professionalism far surpassed what I found with Nannies from the Heartland. I would not recommend this agency if you require a more hands on and caring approach, which I did.
