A Slow Staff Delivers Poor Service:
I like NAPA stores over the other choices for quality and selection, but this specific NAPA store has lost my business based on their poor service alone. First of all they're quite slow, 2nd there's no order of who gets help first. I was in the store twice on 5-11-13 and both times the staff just helps the first person they see, making no attempt at asking "may I help the next person in line". Of course people being what they are today, few folks will decline the instant help even when they know there were people there before them. My 2nd visit on 5-11-13 I was the only person waiting (for quite a long time I might add) and someone walked in after me, stood there for half a minute and was helped ahead of me. The staff made no attempt to figure out who of the two people in the store had been waiting longer. I left this NAPA (for the last time) and went to a much busier auto parts store in Orchards and they were fast and always asked for the next person in line as long as I was in the store. It can be done, but obviously this NAPA staff can't figure it out.
