I recently renovated my kitchen, went & spoke with Fernando at Natural Stone Kitchen & Bath, picked the granite counter top at OHM International, the whole process of measuring, proposal reviews, installment went very smoothly. Fernando have been professional from beginning to end and when he's not around, Tamaris (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) always there to help, couldn't be more happier with the service

Most unprofessional and unskilled. Diego the sales guy is the only saving grace nice and terrific guy but rest of the staff is hopeless including Fernando and their lady manager. We really liked dealing with Diego and got sold on his professionalism. The deal looked great with pricing and free sink in sale etc. but don't be fooled by that only. It was our first new home and we wanted it to look perfect and were hoping that it would be done with the same professionalism which Diego showed. Here is the list of their shoddy job 1) The back-splash was not measured correctly and it is smaller than what we had previously. So now after putting back-splash, their is this 1/4 inch gap left between where the wall paint ends and the new back-splash. The installation crew were clueless about. When asked about it they they said that's what was measured. So why on earth did you took wrong measurement ?? 2) For the bathroom faucet they just showed a photo on brochure and we ordered it liking the color. And what we got was a totally different shade although they both are same model #. Why do you have such old and c@!%!y brochures which do not show the real colors and pictures which we are ordering. Ohh and by the way installation crew cannot communicate so every time there is a problem you have to call their office and that Fernando WILL DO YOU A FAVOR just to talk to you and listen to you but will SAY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT and bring her manager. The lady manager will keep on repeating same thing without even listening to you and if you want them to fix their mistake they will charge you extra because that is considered a extra SERVICE VISIT by their PROFESSIONALS (!!!) 3) They put the sink and you need to get plumber separately so don't get fooled by the price of stone and installation because plumber will cost you another $400-500. 4) And the last master stroke, they give you the sink but not any other accessories so you rush to homedepot to buy a strainer and mesh which comes standard with any FU...sink Please take my advice and don't be fooled just by the low price because that's the mistake i committed. Go to big store and some reputed company and get the work done professionally instead of being fooled by low price and shoddy hopeless unprofessional work which you have to live with forever.
