I first took my new kitten there for boarding - kitty showed no signs of distress or upset when I took her home (cats will often take it out on owner if they are unhappy with whatever). Since then NAH is my team for animal care or boarding!

I have been taking my animals here all their lives. The staff is full of animal lovers who are incredibly helpful. Dr Keith is the vet we usually see but we have also had great experiences with Dr Sell and Dr DeJong. My dog was diagnosed with cancer last year and the treatment was incredible. They helped treat him with such compassion. The veterinarians provided excellent care and they never tired of my endless questions. They provided all the medicine and at home care with complete written instructions. Honestly we couldn't have done it without them. We also had an older cat we adopted from the pound that had a host of problems. Again the care was top notch and we were completely satisfied.

I have been through it all with these folks. From raising my puppies and their first shots to having to put down one of my old friends. They have always been very nice and caring even in the tough times. I gotten to know the family the family that run this place and they are the salt of the earth. Sounds to me like some sour grapes from the others and as my dearly departed grandmother used to say "If you can't say something nice, then say nothing at all." People are just so negative all the time. What those folks do at the hospital is hard work and they can't always tell you what you want to hear sometimes the answer is just "no". Keep up the good work because this 'old gal' appreciates what you do!

Recently one of my cats had a very bad skin infection. Dr. John DeJong did a really great job explaining everything to me and making "Tabitha" comfortable and helping us get through this. I used to just board my cats but they are now my vets!
