We've had our mattress for about a week now, and we are loving it. The whole experience was wonderful. The owner, Josh, is super friendly and down to earth. He was really helpful in educating us on all of the different mattress choices and helped us find the perfect bed.

Also, did we mention Willis, the sales puppy? Cutest dog ever.

Northwest Mattress Outlet sales are not commission based, so we didn't feel pressured to buy. Josh gave us a tour of his inventory, and when we finally made our decision, he was able to give us a great deal and delivered it to our home the next day.
