Nosh

Located downtown, Nosh is a small restaurant that offers contemporary American cuisine with global influences. The menu is comprised of small plates, including potato gnocchi, mac and cheese, bison dumplings, apple curry soup and more.

We specialize in small plates and encourage a shared dining experience. We are definitely different for Colorado Springs, but different in a great way. We want your tongue and mind to get smacked with big, vibrant flavors from our food and drink. We don't want you to just go out and have dinner, we want you to have a true experience.

Nosh is a noun we define as “small bites.” At Nosh, the idea is to indulge in a lot of a little. Our service of food is best displayed at dinner when we serve you sushi style, or platter style.
