I have experienced all the services at NOURISH and have to say that each of them are fantastic. Yoga with Victor is great. His classes are great for beginners like me. I had my first ever massage with Joanna and it was wonderful. I felt great for days. I also had a session with Jocelyn and everything she advised me to do was workable and relevant to my lifestyle. If you are interested in wellness you won't find a better place for price and quality!
