I put my dog to sleep a hard decision that shouldn't be rushed. the male Receptionist was pushy and I could hear him talking on the other side of the door like I was a bother. They wanted to charge me to sit with my dog. It was ABSURD!!! I left the room to pay and he asked me if my dog was a German Shepherd. I was dumbfounded he had the chart and was just in the room with me going over the estimates and you can clearly see he wasn't. I will never return there!!!! It was rude and clearly unprofessional. He needs to work on his compassion even if he is acting! and learn your dog breeds and typical weights for them.

Stay away from this place! They will charge you a different price once you get in the office from what they quoted you on the phone. They told me it was mandatory to get a feline AIDS test before spaying my cat and the doctor himself actually said it wouldn't make a difference spaying a cat if we didn't have the test done... Why would that be? Because you can't make an extra $100 off an extra test? If I hadn't taken the day off work to take my cat in at the 8am drop off time and sitting around the office for 45 mins waiting to see the doctor I would have just left. They ended up charging $200 to spay my cat but quoted $90 over the phone. All the extras added up to more and they didn't tell me until after the doctor saw the cat and started vaccinating her - then said, "Oh, well, we already started..." and charged the full amount. Needless to say they will NEVER see me or my pets again.
