This elegant seafood room is attached to the Galleria mall at the Westin hotel and the clientele reflects that. Crisply ironed shirts and ties dine with runway dresses and heels on executive chef Chad Kelley's creations. Employees are expert here, easily comparing Caraquets and La Saint Simon oysters. Impressive. The wine list is notable, too.
