They sold me on "progressive" lenses without saying anything about the downsides and that there would be no refund if I was one of the many people who don't adapt to wearing them. Their policy, which is not written anywhere and is never discussed ahead of time, is that they will change out the lenses but will not refund you the price difference for less expensive lenses. They were horribly rude about the whole issue. Unapologetic and impersonal.
