Do not trust this company, they do not give a damn about your project.:
First of all, I question the 5-star rating given this company based on the reviews listed. After getting hooked into this horrible nightmare since signing a contract in October 2017 with Ohio Steel Construction I am left with an improperly designed foundation and a steel building still in the original crates rusting away at my location. Jeff Simmons designed and poured the foundation a full year before the building plans were drafted.The foundation does not include the proper concrete pads or any anchor bolts. The building could not be erected and assembled upon arrival in January 2019. I am still missing the insulation materials required for assembly.
Jeff Simmons now stated has no intention of completing the project and does not trust me because I have gone public and shared the truth his game plan, as I am with this review. He knows how the laws work and plays them against you to take your money. He gambles that you cannot afford to hire an attorney and risk litigation against him. This puts him in total control of your project, hopes and dreams and there is nothing you can do about it without paying thousands more dollars to maybe get justice.
