Don't Care about Customers:
Very poor customer service. I made them aware of a defective bat to which they agreed but stated they were going to continue to sell them since the manufacturer would not take them back. So I said you would rather sell these bats and force the customer to deal with it? To which they replied again that they couldn t send the bats back because they were over a year old. Nice.
