Do not go here:
After spending $500 on two pairs of glasses that took 35 DAYS to show up at my door I asked to just return them altogether. They charged me $175 for their mistake and claimed it was a restocking fee (which I assumed was if I was returning for reasons beyond their control). I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Thorough, knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of frames. Good prices. Nice store. Easy access. Very happy with my first pair of glasses; I went back and just got sunglasses.

Hope you kept your old pair!:
Appointment was a month ago today, and STILL no contacts. Horrid communication-"I'll call you", then they don't. Their hours are challenging, to say the least, so hope you don't work between the hours of 10-6, M-F (they're not open weekends, in case you were hoping for that convenience). Suffice to sayI will be doing business elsewhere next time. At the rate this is going I'll have my contacts right about the time Ineed a new prescription, anyway...
Did I mention my husband's glasses were $1K!? So, after spending $1300 between us we still get lousy customer service...
