Scam Operation:
Not ONLY did I pay over $1,000 to have my rescued greyhound euthanized over seven years ago, but I'm now paying AGAIN!!!! This place hired a shady lawyer to get a default judgement against me WITHOUT NOTICE! I was never served! What country is this???? They're garnishing my salary! I have a bank statement showing that they got paid, but it's too late for that! I met with two lawyers who want thousands of dollars to file motions. They recommend that I just pay it.

I'm working with Channel 7 Eyewitness News, filming a segment for "7 on Your Side".

This is going to get very, very real.

Take a second for a worthy cause,

This is an open letter to any and all who have loved an animal with the same passion as another human being. For most of the millions of compassionate pet owners here in the U.S. we do not have to think twice about this, after all, who has not come home and were greeted by the loving eyes of a dog, cat, or any other pet given equal reverence as another family member. As far , the facts are simply this, , I did some studying and realized veterinary care is a totally un-regulated field! Getting into all the legal posturing I’ve had to endure, I’m supposed to just accept the fact that my dog, after 8 years of un-conditional love, is worth nothing more that the $99 dollar’s I spent accruing him from a shelter 10 years earlier? I’m also supposed to accept the fact that my beloved pet was in the hand of a learning hospital, and the acting vet I so ignorantly entrusted with his care was not even licensed to practice vet medicine in the state of N.J.! As the laws are written now, was nothing more than piece of property, and the ironic part of it all is he would have more value in the eyes of the law if he were an antique car or the like, and can be replaced as easily as a defective microwave oven or other piece of replaceable property. Un-fortunately (as history has pointed out countless time’s in the past) something drastic has to happen before someone stands up and takes notice, only then is there any real change. These laws as written are barbaric and antiquated, so old they date back to the horse and buggy days, a dog (or any other pet for that matter) is a living, feeling being, they are not just property, but sentient property. The media outlets have gotten on board with us 15-07), and recently has caught the eye of a N.J. senator up for re-election shortly. Mind you this is in no way, shape or form, some type of bill dodging stance on my part, as I have spent countless hours of my time, (not to mention the financial ramifications) and diverted energy to this cause, believing in my hart of heart’s that if one family can be saved devastation I’ve had to endure, my mission in this troublesome matter will have been accomplished. As I’ve found throughout his crusade that there are many like minded, individuals with passions eclipsing even my own, as there is an excellent book written on the subject by a Carolyn Matlack, J.D., and I will quote here verbatim, “If you are a politician or a legislator, use the term ‘sentient or feeling property’ as you draft local or state ordinances”. Also, “What were trying to do is find a half measure that will give our animal’s better legal respect without hurting the veterinarians with malpractice”. Once again using the term like “sentient property when referring to our animals instead of property would accomplish our goal”. In Europe such legal measures are already in place! We suggest the same here in the U.S. Anyone can find more info on this fine author and her very valid point’s on this long overlooked subject by going to www.WeveGotFeelingsToo.com.

In summation, I’d like to say that through it all I’ve found that this is an ongoing struggle, and to the dismay of our detractors, we will not be going away any time soon, and is only tip of the ice-burg. Any one seeking more on his case and othersIIIIII cant talk about my case , Thank you for your time and god bless, SINCERLY A DOG OWNER!!!!!.

P.S. Once again we need to speak for our beloved animals, as we all refuse to consider them a piece of plain old property but as family members, and should be given the same respect. We hold frequent freedom of speech assembly’s in support of animal right @ 580 Winters Ave in Paramus NJ. This facility signed frivolous trespassing complaint’s against us trying to intimidate our rights as American citizens. Now with the smallest and /or largest strides our mission will have been accomplished! Thanks again. SEND THIS TO ALL YOUR CONSITUENTS / ECT… AND MOST OF ALL LAW MAKERS & ((GOD BLESS AMERCA))) ((ROBERT BROOKS)))) & REMEMBER MY NAME WAS ((DUKE))
