This guy ruined my floors:

Do not hire this guy! I hired Orlando to refinish my terrazzo floors. He left significant staining and sealed right over it. The sealant is discoloring and he globbed it up and left it dripped and puddled in spots leaving bumps on the floor. He even sealed dirt into spots. It will cost me thousands to get fixed. He spoke like he knew what he was doing when he quoted but clearly he didn't.
