Putting a loved one into a retirement community is never an easy process. However, the staff at Oswego Place has been nothing but amazing. You can tell these individuals truly care about the well-being of their residents. This place appears to be older but recently renovated. It is a smaller community but set in a beautiful location. Reading other reviews I am surprised, as my aunt has had nothing but positive things to say about being there. Plus when I do ask management questions, they promptly return my call or the Executive Director herself comes out to make sure I get all the pertinent information. The only downside I would say is that is it an Assisted Living Facility only and has no Independent Living but seems like many of the residents there are pretty active. I would say if you are considering a retirement facility and you are shopping around in LO this place has great residents, staff, and is actually on the more affordable side.
