I purchased a home at Paradise Village; and when it rains all the streets flood. I have asked for help and the owner James Dale, hides behind his attorney Jon Hinden. For the past (4) years I have been asking for ways to alliviate this flood issue, however all James Dale cares about is the monthly lot rent,and if you are disatisfied for any reasons; Jon Hinden will be sure to send you a letter stating - relocate somewhere else. The owner has never tried to solve this problem, he refers all issues to his attorney. With this being said, invest some time, investigate before you buy at Paradise Village.
