Bad bad experience with business owner:
I ordered from Mr. Park and he said he would ship it next day and i would receive the air propagators in about a week. He also said he will not charge my credit card until the time that he shipped and would also email me the usps tracking number. I never received a tracking number. Thinking that since he sounded trustworthy over I assumed everything was all right. However i did not recieive the air propagators within the seven days that he said. So I called the day after, the 8th day, and asked him about the shipment. He said he was not at work and would call me back in two hours. Three hours passed and no phone call from him. So i called him and after pressing him for an answer he admitted that he forgot to ship the item but that he would send it that same day. I asked him if he charged my card the prior week. He said he was sure that he didnt since he did not ship the air propagators. So i thought maybe he just forgot and i decided to give him another chance. BIG MISTAKE! When i finally received the items i decided to check my card statement and, guess what he did charge my card two weeks ago and charged me again when he finally shipped the items! I called him back and he denied having charged me twice and he demanded i show proof that he did. I emailed him a screenshot of the charges and he finally admitted, and would call me back once he informed his bank in new york to refund me the second charge. Guess what, he never called! So i had to call him again to refund the charges and he said that his bank will refund and to give him a week to do so. I GAVE HIM A MONTH. AND HE NEVER ISSUED THE REFUND! So I called my bank and disputed the charge in my behalf. What can i say about my harrowing experience with Mr. Park? I do not know if he is just saying he is an old man and does not remember things or details like before, for he did state so, or if he is a sneaky crook. I will let you decide on that, but i may yet plan to sue him.
