Heard a generally excellent sermon here--the pastor is very inspiring and good at generating strong emotions. The only problem with it was that the pastor spent far too long on tithing. They are very big on fundraising. I object to having to listen for more than five minutes on money, but this pastor went on and on for about 20 minutes on the topic (which was not even the basic theme of the sermon). At this church, they teach that people who do not tithe will rot in hell for all eternity. Unfortunately, the church is not really set up in such a way as to encourage people to socialize and get to know each other. It's a 'strictly business' sort of place.
