I had repairs performed by this company on a previous occasion with satisfactory results, however I felt that their customer service was less than stellar. I decided to use then again when my roof sprung another leak and I found that the customer service decreased even more. I found the receptionist to be unprofessional and she made it seem that I was bothering HER when I tried to schedule an estimate. After finally making an appointment for a Friday she said that it was tentative and that she would call me back to confirm, I received no such call and had to call her back. She stated that she could have someone to my residence on Friday but would not give me a time. After some haranguing I was able to extract a time frame of between 12 and 3. That appointment came and went without so much as a phone call. I was contacted on Monday and was unapologetically told that the roofer hadn't been able to make it on Friday but they could come today. I told them that would not be necessary. I will never use this company again.
