Eh....:
Stopped in for happy hour and to play in the Blues Jam that I thought started at 7 (I was wrong, it starts at 10). The Happy hour $3 drafts are a great deal and one of the fairest prices you'll find on Hollywood BLVD.

The staff though, unfortunately, are very "Hollywood". The bartender I talked to as well as the person organizing the open mic were both rude and very short with me. They didn't seem to care about what I was inquiring about at all. Maybe that's because of the heavy traffic they get but it reminds me of what I dislike about people in Hollywood.

Pig 'n Whistle Restaurant Review:
An English pub, sports bar, nightclub, pre-theater or fine-dining restaurant? It may be a dining spot with an identity crisis, but no matter how you classify the Pig 'n Whistle, you can't deny that the kitchen’s focus is clearly on quality and flavor. Housed in the original Pig 'n Whistle location, it would have almost been a crime if the cuisine didn't live up to the painstaking refurbishment...
