This shop recently changed ownership and what a shame. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such rude service in my life. The owner is CRAZY, rude and incredibly combative- she must have argued with our group at every turn- the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced. Even my young daughter wondered why she was so "mean" and couldn't understand why a person would act this way. I will NEVER step foot into that shop again and I feel saddened by that fact as I have frequently Pilars for a decade and bought many a suit there. But the insane service drove me away forever. Go to Gone Bananas a few doors down and find more affordable suits with nice sales staff. Honestly, I am still reeling by how we were treated! I think she needs some professional counseling! Poor girl...
