Poor O' Jim's

Purchased a caravan that was in great shape or so I thought. When I went to look it over I was told everything was great on it all new parts and brand new breaks. Before test driving it I inquired about the brake light and the abs light was on. I was told it would be taken care of before I paid and the van was brought to me. When the van was brought to me I was told it passed inspection and that it was good to go. I paid for the van and then turned it over and the lights were still on. I informed Jim that they were still on. He told me all day Thursday and Friday that he would take care of it with no show.

I have had multiple conversations with him telling him how upset I am and he still had promised to take care of it and work with me. How could it pass inspection it these lights where on? I have had it for 3 days and on the fourth days my breaks are now ceased and I can not drive it. I will be in contact with better business bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicles to let them know that this used dealership sell vehicles that are not properly inspected and faulty.

This van should have NOT passed inspection I have paperwork from a shop that says there is and was no way that it should have passed and that is was inspected illegally.
